I would like to specially thank Dr. Joyal Shah, Dr. Urmi Shah, Dr Anoop Gupta for the comprehensive care and the personal touch. Their expertise and clear communication make a huge difference and they are approachable and thorough. I would highly recommend for managing cardiac problems and comorbidities. My Father, Bhadresh Pandya, was admitted for Bypass surgery. The surgery went well and Dr Anil Jain himself takes all the follow up, his empathetic behavior is really appreciable. All the staff from doctor, nurses, ward support and security , they live up to their motto of compassion. Also, the processes as so well defined and even considers the feelings of patients relatives

This is the hospital like heart temple. The Doctors are so nobal and kind and masters in their fields. This is the one stop solution for heart patients. Canteen facilities and food are been taken extra care. Even they customised for us. ICU facilities are very good but attendents ( class- 4 ) needs to be increased. Sisters and brothers are engaged in paperwork to much. They should be spared by less paperwork through help of AI etc. so they can give more attention to the customer. This are the suggestion only not complaint. I have carried out 4 CABG of my relatives including me in this year. So thank you Jain Sir for your great work.

Services provided by the hospital staff was good. Friendly nature of the staff made the stay comfortable. Doctors constant follow up and interaction with the patient nd family was good.
